Darkshine no more. When all hope lost sets her wings aflame. The ashes of her dreams fall to earth like snow. She struggles to rise as she bleeds tears for the ones she loved. The memories like a thousand needles pierce through her flesh. She reaches out for that faint light in the distance, Only to find a deeper darkness shining so bright. Feeling cold as ice as she touches it, She holds it close to her empty heart to comfort it, Only to realise the pain it feels was her own. Tears of blood taint the light red as she looks up at the starry sky above. the night wraps her arms around her in a cold embrace. Ooh beautiful night, she loves and she cares in every nightmare is a dream in which she cannot get out. She sheds a tear, then smiles. If there is still a chance, she will still hope. Without the ability to love, she would never feel complete. The stars shine bright as ever, as she ponders. As she gazes upon the night sky, pain overwhelms her. She then places her hand over the heart she once had. Kari: "Why must it hurt so, and after so long?" Unknown voice: "Because you dont give up" Kari: "What have I done?" Unknown voice: "...Love" Kari: "Why must a soul despise love? Why fear it?" Unknown voice: "Some get hurt, fear the past, and then become a shadow of who they once were" Kari: "Dear darkness, I beg you, free yourself from these chains" Unknown voice: "I... Can't..." Kari: "let me help you. Let me..." The pain subsides, and voice stops. She then falls to her hands and knees and cries, Cursing at this emptiness she can never fill.
